Polish artist NeSpoon has left her mark all over the streets of Warsaw. She’s not what one one expects from a street artist. NeSpoon uses intricate one-of-a-kind patterns for her project “City Decor” to dress up the city streets in hopes of making the buildings and surroundings look better with lace.
